Vtg Kay Windsor Dress with Neck Scarf Tie

Awesome vintage Kay Windsor ladies union made dress with neck scarf tie. Navy blue, fitted at the waist, bust darts, flares out at the bottom, red with white polka dot accents / flip cuffs if desired. Zips up the back. The tag has some fraying and the size tag has faded, but it measures to be a size medium (please see pictures to ensure fit). Soft, stretchy material (feels like polyester), lightly worn but crisp for its age. Please see pictures for measurements. F
