Vtg Jessica McClintock Cache SZ 4 Iridescent Champagne Prom Dress Ball Gown NWT

New with original tags but there is a defect at the bottom of the dress where 2 areas of the skirt near each other seem to have crumpled up a bit - see photos. I don't know if steaming would straighten it again. Not really noticeable when worn but I did notice it when I was check the bottom of the dress for flaws. Dress is strapless, lined, has a zipper and boning. Size 4, measurements are provided in the photos.
