Vtg J Depirc Gembloix Set‎ 12 Knives/Brass Holder

I cannot find anything online about this marking! These are old and signs of wear. See all pics. You can sharpen these and use! I have had these since early 90s. I picked up at an Estate Sale. I hope a Buyer can tell me the history! I had them displayed on my dining room buffet. 4.25 inch blade, all marked. 3.50 in black handle with silver shield sign. Brass holder stand for all 12! Stand is 10.75 x 3.75.
