Vtg IXIA Made in U.S.A. Golden Yellow Floral Fit and Flare Dress – Plus Sz 14? Zips in the back / 2 side pockets / fabric has some weight to it – quality that will last for years to come. Note – there are belt loops but no belt. Note that the tag is worn off where it describes the size – I think I can faintly see a size 14 but I have added additional measurements and please use those. The mannequin has a 36” bust and you can see this is a very loose fit on it.
