Vtg & Handmade. Rust Brocade pattern black stripes

Size 4-6 Purchased the top and a few others from an estate sale where there were hundreds tops like this one. Unfortunately, they do not have tags or washing instructions, but I hand-washed this blouse and it turned out ok! The fabric is shiny and slick like silk, but I believe it to be polyester. Offers welcome!
