Vintage, handmade porcelain clown sitting on a bench. One-of-a-kind as far as I have found (or not found) and super cute. Not the scary/weird type of clown. The type of clown that you want to sit on that bench next to and hear their life story. About 3.5" tall x 2.75" wide.
