Vtg Esprit Collection taffeta pleated skirt, circa 80's

Vintage Esprit Collection blue 100% polyester taffeta pleated skirt, S. Skirt hem edged in black grosgrain ribbon. Elastic waist has belt loops, tag: machine wash cold, made in Taiwan R.O.C. One small are of discoloration noted on waistband--see picture. Pleats are a little undefined in some areas near the hem, but could be gently pressed back in if it bothered you. Vibrant color and great rustle as it moves. Measured flat: waist (unstretched): 14", easily stretches 3"+ more length: 20" (from bottom of waistband) waistband: just over 2"
