Vtg Cover Charge Tunic/Dress sz MP

measurements: pit to pit 19" shoulders 16" length from neck front 31" length from pit 25" Good used contion. Would be excellent but for the fraying on burlap decoration. 100% cotton, hand painted. Shells are hand stitched into the burlap. I believe with a little care the fraying can be repaired.
