I brought it home and scrubbed the outside with barkeepers friend. The inside needs to be scrubbed. The lid has some discoloration and the metal is slightly irregular on the edge however it still hugs the pot well. This item is in good condition. It has wear and discoloration due to age, which is normal. This item has imperfections. Please see photos. Bin 26
