It is a nice sheer dress, will definitely need a full slip. Has belt loops, NO belt though, a button at end of long sleeves. Elastic waist From top of shoulder to bottom of hem is about 44 1/2 " , waist is 24", sleeve length from top of shoulder to end is 24"
