Vtg Chinese Electric Decoration Lamps Made in Hong Kong Set of 10 Extra Bulbs Tested Made from fabric and metal, possibly brass (not attracted to magnet) Green cord, works. Is not flashing, but there are extra bulbs so I think you could make it constant by changing a bulb. Gently used and well cared for. Stored in orignal box which is a slight bit bulging, and some shelf wear.
