Vtg Cameo Set

Vintage Cameo set by G. Mandile, Naples Italy. The set includes earrings, a necklace, and a ring. It's stamped 800. There are other markings, but I can't read what it says. Silver & gold tones. It looks like maybe it was plated with a gold tone and has been worn down back to its silver tone. There's some tarnish on all of the pieces. The necklace chain is silver tone. There's no heavy tarnishing, so I'm not sure if the necklace chain is original or not. One earring is missing the decorative circle on it. It's also more golden color than the other earring. The earring that's missing the circle also has some red marks on the woman's hair. The box is worn & extremely hard to open. The ring is a size 6. The necklace is about 15" total length. I'm not sure of the exact age. It's at least 50 years old. They belonged to my mother-in-law's mother.
