Beautiful thick cotton velvet with princess seams and those great 80s shoulders! Pleats under the dropped waist give a slight pencil skirt shape. Back slit. Back zipper with triple hook and eye closures at the neck. Gotta hold up those shoulders! Hits at about the knee. Unlined. Most likely handmade vintage, and done very well! Great vintage condition! One spot of imperfection in the velvet, left shoulder, shown. Doesn't detract from the look! No size tag, measures at about a Medium based on how it fits my dress form. However please check your measurements against those provided below to ensure proper fit!
