Vtg Art Pottery Navy Blue Crock Jug Planter Vase Wheel Thrown Handmade NC Signed

This wheel thrown handmade art pottery vase features stoneware brown clay, turned groves, applied handles and is signed on the bottom. It has a dark navy blue glaze with dark brown on the edges. It stands 4-1/4" tall, about 3-1/4" in diameter at the top rim. The signature on the bottom begins with a "B", but I can't quite make out the other letters. Came from an estate of vintage North Carolina Studio Pottery pieces. The condition is as shown in the photographs. No chips or damage.
