Vtg Anchor Blue velvet/cord/flannel sleeveless top

Vtg 1990s. Looks like it’s never been worn — EUC. Mixed material: suede (blue), velvet (green) and flannel (plaid). Back is blue thin denim/100% cotton. Corduroy collar and button front. Approximate measurements were taken with garment laying flat. Armpit to armpit: 15 1/2” Length (from back of neck to hem): 31”
