Vtg 90s Womens Two Piece Black Sleeveless Dress Set Matching Jacket

Professional office dress style or a perfect dress set for a weekend dinner engagement. The matching jacket is handy when the temperature drops a little. Vintage late 1980s/early 1990s two-piece dress set consisting of a sleeveless sheath dress and a matching long sleeve open front jacket. The dress is made of a 100% acrylic chunky weave fabric giving it an overall nubby appearance. The dress is sleeveless and has a jewel neckline.The dress zips closed in the back with a lengthy 18" zipper and a hook/eye closure at the top of the zipper. The dress is fully lined in a contrasting light pink polyester fabric. There is a kick slit at the hemline. The jacket has light foam shoulder pads quick stitched inside the jacket. The hemline around the collar, bottom of the jacket, and the cuffs are accented with a 3/4" fringe giving the jacket a very boho look. There is also a black ribbon stitched in bold white thread along the hemline. The same fringe and ribbon accents are duplicated in faux panel pocket covers on the front panels of the jacket. The pockets are not functional, only decorative.
