Vtg 90s Rampage Pink Slip Dress Handkerchief Hem Size M/L

Vintage 90s dress. Pink with puffed up white glitter stars/flowers. Dress is stretch. Because dress is vintage, it runs small for its size. When flat and unstretched dress measures 16.5" straight across bust, 15" across waist, 17.5" across hips. Dress has asymmetric handkerchief hem. At its shortest point the dress is 46" in length from shoulder and 51" in length at the longest length. There are stitches missing in the seam across the inside top of the bodice but there are no holes - see photos. No holes, tears or stains.
