Vtg 90s Open Work Gold Tone Eagle Pocket Watch

This pocket watch has an open work eagle on the front. There are no markings on the back describing the works or brand. It is made of an antique gold-tone metal, and I was told it only needs a battery to work. It measures 2 inches long and wide but the length is 3 inches if you include the winder mechanism. It has a large easy-to-read face.
