Vtg 90s Macro Tank Military Tank Galoob Toy Car Flaws

This tank is pre-owned and in used condition. The plastic pieces on the top are bent. There are stains, scratches and wear. I'm unsure if its complete. Please see all photos for exact item.  It is approximately 2 1/2" long, 1 1/2" wide and 1 1/4" tall.
