Vtg 90's dress in oatmeal cotton. Has button shoulder straps. Sweetheart-like bust line. Buttons fully down the front. Racer-like back with corset-like tie in center. Very Good Condition with spots on straps and corset string in back, next to last button missing (see pictures). Measurements: taken flat across - Size Small Bust-16"/Waist-16" untied/Hip-19"/Length-45"
