Vtg 80s thick elastic waist cropped pants

Vintage 1980s era paper bag style elastic waist pants with deep hip pockets. Very comfy and versatile! There are no tags. Fabric feels similar to scrubs. I can't tell if they're handmade or not, but they are machine washable. In great condition. No flaws. Size 4. Waist 24" Inseam 23"
