Vtg 80s floral tie-back dress - Handmade

Hand-made white floral long sleeve midi dress from the 1980s. There's a cool reflective paisley pattern in the background of the fabric. No tags but it is machine washable. The waist is 34 inches, but there's a tie so it fits sizes 34" and smaller. Skirt is 31" long.
