Vtg 80s House of Bianchi Dress Black Velour Off Shoulder Iridescent Taffeta Bow

Vintage 1980s party/prom dress by House of Bianchi. Black stretch velour bodice with a fold over off the shoulder neckline. 3/4 length sleeves. Drop waist. Full, pleated iridescent teal taffeta skirt. Hem sits around mid shin. Large Bow detail at the waist. Good condition. There is a small rip on the skirt shown in pics. Its not very visible when worn. It kind of sits in the folds of the skirt. No size tag. Fits most like a size small. Bodice fabric has approximately 2 inches of stretch. Laid flat and measured. Shoulder to shoulder - 13 inches Bust (armpit to armpit) - 16 inches Waist - 13 inches Hips - free up to 30 inches Length - 45 inches Sleeve Length - 15 inches
