Vtg 80s 90s Romantic Cottagecore Empire Waist Floral Dress Yellow Rose XL

This beautiful, romantic floral empire waist dress from Monica Heart most likely dates to the 80s or 90s. Some great features include a soft, flowing material with a yellow rose print, midi length, and removable shoulder pads. This would make a perfect everyday cottagecore dress! This dress is in very gently used condition, there is some fraying to the underside of the bow, and I mended a small tear at the bow’s base, but both issues should not greatly affect appearance when worn. The dress looks to be in great condition otherwise! The material feels like a rayon, but I haven’t tested fiber content to confirm. The size tag reads 16, and I believe that this dress would best fit a modern XL, but please refer to the flat lay measurements below.
