Vtg 70s unique black floral maxi dress - Handmade

Vintage 1970s era one of a kind modest long sleeve dress with abstract water color style floral design. Zipper back and shoulder pads. There are no tags as this is hand-made, but it has been machine washed with good results. The fabric is a cotton blend with no stretch. Please note: There is a small flaw on the left shoulder, shown in the final photo. Oversize 12. Bust 38" Waist 34" Skirt length 32"
