Vtg 70s paisley polyester suit skirt jacket set

Probably from the 70s, a 3 piece matching set in decent condition overall but some minor flaws. There is a tiny pinprick hole in the skirt (see photo next to my fingers), some loose stitching in the tank (pictured), a bit of yellowing on the tank (washed but did not stain treat) and the elastic at the waist has no stretch left. Polyester in a peach and cream color, super cute set. No tags, please see measurements in comments.
