The inside lining is sewn onto the outer layer at the hem but its missing some stitches now, could be restitched or worn as is without it being very noticeable. THe hem has a few small stains from dragging. There is no size tag so please see measurements to ensure a proper fit. Measured flat unstretched. Double the measurements for complete circumference.
