Vtg 70s? Cottagecore gingham dress

Excellent condition Vintage 70s? Blue and white gingham prairie plaid cottage core dress with lace, chest detail and ruffle collar and short sleeve cuffs. There is a manufacturer tag for cleaning instructions, but no brand, size, material information available. Check measurements. Material is a little rough with some stretch. Measurements taken flat: About 54 inches long About 14 1/2 inches shoulder to shoulder about 16 inches pit to pit. About 14 inches at the waist About 20 inches at the hip About 8 inches shoulder to cuff. Zipper in the back about 21 inches long Belt is attached at the sides Note there are a couple areas of separation under the zipper seam as shown. Not noticeable just needs a couple of stitches.
