Vtg 70s Black Velvet Cloak Cape Ostrich Feather Trim Sz M Gothic As Is Black velvet with taffeta satin full lining. It has feathers hand sewn around high collar. Three button front. Fringed trim ties. Inner belt. No fabric tag but it does have a dry clean only tag. Sz M Approx 18” shoulder to shoulder 36” bust 28” shoulder to hem front 31” shoulder to hem back Generally good vintage condition with a few slight blemishes as pictured.
