Vintage 60's-70's Reddish Orange Velvet Indian Inspired lined cape. Hippie, Hipster, BoHo, Mod Style. Woman's One size fits most. The cape came with the black tassel. apparently the person who owned it before wore the cape the way I've shown it in the picture with the tassel. See measurements.
