Ivory collared shirtdress with an allover pastel pink, blue, and yellow floral print, buttons up the top, and a sash at the waist, from Just in Thyme. Vintage circa the 1980s and made in a 1950s style. Good condition with some minor yellowing around the collar, see photos for detail.
