Vtg 1980's Classic Tie Blouse

This belonged to my Mom she bought her office blouses at The Custom Shop in NY which is long gone. They made beautiful washable blouses with classic style. This is cream colored with a mid v neck and removable bow/tie. It's in perfect condition too large for me so it needs a new home. Enjoy! 😊❤👍💕
