* These boots were purchase in the early-mid 1980s from a thrift store and then never worn again. * Very nice quality boots - solid construction - but all brand identifying marks have been removed or worn away. I suspect from the high quality materials and construction, that these were made by one of the top U.S. brands - Red Wing, Chippewa, etc. * Age is approximate, but based on the styling of the boot these were most likely made in the 1960s, but maybe as late as the 1970s. * All leather reconditioned just prior to listing. Excellent vintage condition with just a light amount of wear overall. Uppers have a few faint scuffs, and some light discoloration. No other flaws. Soles and heels are in good condition.
