Are they snug? I have old school Volcom board pants in a small and love them. Wondering if they run different these days?

@amandyo For reference the waist is 30” and the hip is 37”.
I’m a 28-29 in jeans but these were juust too snug on me, with very little stretch and wearing a thermal layer underneath. Hope that helps!
