Vntg Staret Rhinestone majestic Statement brooch

Rare majestic Staret statement brooch from the Hollywood glamour era. Has the Staret stamp on it. Has had some repair on one side and has an area (see photo) on the opposite side where there is a separation of the metals which could be professionally repaired as well. Some of the rhinestones have darkened ( see photos).
