This is a candy dish created by Imperial Glass - Ohio called Imperials Smooth Rays which was made in USA sometime between 1900 - 1960. It is carnival glass with smooth rays coming up from the bottom ending the edge into a wavy scallop ruffle. The detail is fabulous The pictures do not do it justice!
