This sweet little ornament is Scuffy The Tugboat. It comes complete with a tiny Little Golden Book that tells the story of Scuffy the Tugboat and His Adventure Down The River. It was handcrafted for Hallmark in 2000. It is in excellent condition and comes in its original box.
