Vintage 1957 Pyrex Promo Turquoise Lace Medallion 045 Dish w/ Lid, 2.5 Qt Casserole Pretty, vibrant turquoise color with a Lace Medallion pattern and clear glass lid. Casserole is in great condition with no chips or cracks. Casserole does have some very small blemishes and has some black on the edge and underside of the handles.
