V-neck black and white striped long sleeved shirt

This belonged to my mother. It is too big for me. It's a cream white color with black stripes. Its a v-neck slightly off the shoulder look-like wide and reaches the end of the shoulders. It's kind of sweater like but it's thin for a sweater so I just refer to it as a shirt
