V-neck Ruffle Sleeve Midi Dress Orange

This midi dress is a XXXL from a site called Fancytia which is equivalent to a size 14. Neon Orange in color. Puff sleeves. Single layer thick fabric. One stitch is loose in the chest as shown in second to last photo. Dress has not been worn out- just tried on and clearly my chest didn’t fit in it.
