Vivienne Tam Fringed lacy top

Beautiful blue top has solid under layer with lacy crocheted overlay. Bottom edged with fringe. Sleeveless- under arm to underarm measures17 1/4". Shoulder to bottom of lacy layer is just over 20". Shoulder to bottom of Fringe is about 28". I bought this at a high end boutique for a cruise and did not wear it. Fits lace like a size 10, but has unique sizing method that they call size 3.
