NWT Vintage 90s Deadstock Vivienne Tam East Wind Code Blue Pleated Shift Dress Size 2, lined, lightweight, finished edges, mild ruffle bottom, overlay will expand but the lining does not stretch and is not bias cut - I lined the measuring tape up with the lining edges so the measurements you see are as high as they will go, you could remove the lining but it would have to be done carefully as it has a solid line attachment at the shoulder seams See pictures for details.
