Viva Vena brand new velvet and tulle dress

Ok, I cannot say enough about this piece!!! It’s so gorgeous I don’t even want to sell it. Beautiful and unique, in the most gorgeous shade of royal blue velvet, this dress has a tulle overlay in the front chest area and all around the skirt and gold stitching details all over. An absolute dream dress! Brand new, with tags, never worn and never even tried on.
