Vissla 5 pocket straight leg denim jeans 38

Vissla 5 pocket straight leg denim jeans. Says 38 for size but waist measures more like 36-see pictures. There is one faint stain on front-see picture with penny. Not noticeable but wanted to point it out. Everything else is in good preowned condition. See pictures for measurements
