Vision Sportswear Chosen Blue Windbreaker Made In Korea Unisex S/M

A very cool windbreaker from Vision Sportswear with the word “Chosen” on front chest, sleeve and back. Wanted this for my husband but it’s on the smaller side. I’d say this fits more like a men’s S/women’s M/boys L /girls XL. Please see photos for measurements and compare to a similar garment you own.
