A super cute and chic 100% viscose dress by H&M. Waist measures 14 inches across. Length from shoulder to longer hem is about 37 inches and on the shorter side, about 35 inches, dress is above the knee. Has a loophole back closure. Size is a 4 or small. Dress is in very good condition.
