Perfectly Priscilla romper

I bought this at an online boutique because I thought it was cute and would go great under a maxi cardigan that I own, but it's just not for me. And, of course, I let the time frame for returns pass. My loss, your gain. Its NWT. I've turned it inside out in one of the photos to show that it is fully lined and the waist is NOT elasticized. It does have a back zipper. It's sized as a 4X, but I would say it fits small, like a 20/22.
