Very flowy and feminine, Chiffon like, blue overlap sleeves, tunic top. Fabric is 85% poly & 15% spandex, so there is quite a bit of stretch with the elastic mesh material. There is an outer layer that is chiffon like and a lining underneath. Purchased on Amazon, never been worn.
