@cbass123 hi there! Yes they just aren't traditional sleeves. Check out the last photo, which details it the best I can. It has darts stitched up the side that create these fluttery "sleeves" and then a sort of ruffle all the way down the rest of the side. So there is a short sleeve, but it's not structured like sleeves usually are. Does that make any sense? 😁😁
