Vintage metal and Agate Stone Cuff Bracelet Large

There is a missing stone and my wrists are almost 6” diameter. It’s way too big for me as it does not really squeeze smaller. The metal I’m not sure what it is, but this bracelet came from a vintage estate sale in Washington DC. The main stone is approximately 1 3/8” tall.
